Computer repair and IT support

Slow machines, blue screens, dead batteries, and the pop up that will not go away. We diagnose it, quote it, and fix it, and we tell you honestly when a machine is not worth the repair.

What we work on

Windows laptops and desktops, Macs, and the machines small offices keep running long past the point most shops would replace them. If it boots, will not boot, or boots into something you did not ask for, it is in scope.

The common ones

Slow performance. Usually background programs, a full drive, or a mechanical hard drive that should have been an SSD five years ago. A tune up handles the software side. An SSD upgrade is the single largest speed gain available on most older machines, and it costs less than people expect.

Viruses and malware. Pop ups, browser redirects, sudden crashes, or a machine that got noticeably slower overnight. Removal covers viruses, spyware, browser hijackers, and the unwanted software that arrives bundled with something else.

Will not boot. Sometimes a damaged Windows installation, sometimes a failing drive. The diagnostic tells us which, and the answer changes the price considerably, which is why we run it first rather than guessing.

Overheating and fan noise. Dust in the heatsink and thermal paste that dried out years ago. A cooling service usually fixes both. If the fan itself has failed, that is a separate part.

How the diagnostic works

The diagnostic is not a separate line on your bill. It is built into whichever method the job runs through. On pickup and return, the $49 covers collection, the diagnosis, and the trip back, so if you hear the number and decide against the repair, $49 is your entire obligation. On remote work, a $49 diagnostic applies where one is needed and is credited toward the service. On site, the first hour covers it.

What that buys you is an honest answer, including the one nobody else wants to give: on a machine past about five years old with a repair running over $500, replacement usually wins, and we will say so.

How the work reaches you

Software problems are usually solved remotely, same day, without anyone traveling. Anything that means opening the machine goes through pickup and return, because a screen replacement deserves a proper workspace and real testing time rather than a kitchen table. Networking, printers, and setup happen on site, where the equipment lives.

Business and fleet support

Ongoing support for small offices, nonprofits, and organizations running a fleet of machines is quoted rather than listed, because it depends on device count and response time. Agencies and school districts have their own page.

Three ways we reach you

Skip the repair shop. We come to you. Every job runs through one of three routes, and we tell you which one yours needs before anything starts.

Remote

Remote support

From $79

Screen share from wherever you are. Software troubleshooting, configuration, optimization, and anything that does not need hands on the hardware.

A $49 remote diagnostic applies where a diagnosis is needed first, and it is credited toward approved remote service.

Best for slow machines, malware, settings, accounts, and software that stopped cooperating.

On site

On site tech support

$149 first hour

After the first hour, $99 per hour, billed in 30 minute increments at $49.50.

Best for networking, Wi-Fi, printers, workstation setup, installations, and business IT.

Pickup and return

Pickup and return repair

$49 all in

We collect the device, diagnose it, quote it, do the work in a controlled workspace with the right tools and proper testing time, and bring it back finished.

The diagnostic is included in the $49. Decline the repair and $49 is all you owe.

Best for screens, batteries, fans, drives, memory, internal cleaning, and any repair that means opening the machine.

Pickup and return is $49 inside the standard service area and the diagnostic is included in it. On approved repairs of $249 or more the $49 is credited toward the repair, so it costs you nothing. See exactly what you pay.
