A $49 remote diagnostic applies where a diagnosis is needed first, and it is credited toward approved remote service.

Best for slow machines, malware, settings, accounts, and software that stopped cooperating.

We come to your home or business. The first hour and the travel inside the standard service area are both included in the price.

After the first hour, $99 per hour, billed in 30 minute increments at $49.50.

Best for networking, Wi-Fi, printers, workstation setup, installations, and business IT.

Pickup and return

Pickup and return repair

We collect the device, diagnose it, quote it, do the work in a controlled workspace with the right tools and proper testing time, and bring it back finished.

The diagnostic is included in the $49. Decline the repair and $49 is all you owe.

Best for screens, batteries, fans, drives, memory, internal cleaning, and any repair that means opening the machine.

Pickup and return is $49 inside the standard service area and the diagnostic is included in it. On approved repairs of $249 or more the $49 is credited toward the repair, so it costs you nothing. See exactly what you pay.

The fee
$49 inside the standard service area. It covers collection, the diagnostic evaluation, and the return trip.
If you decline the repair
You owe $49 and nothing else. We bring the device back either way.
If you approve the repair
You pay the quoted repair price, plus parts where applicable.
On repairs of $249 or more
The $49 is credited toward the repair, so pickup and return effectively costs you nothing.
One condition
The $49 is non refundable once the device has been collected.
